The privacy posture
The Studio builds for clinics, private practices and health companies. It never builds for the founder's current employer, its affiliates and its vendors. It does not store patient records. Apps that handle patient data run on HIPAA ready cloud services. You sign a business associate agreement with that service directly. That agreement is the contract HIPAA requires of any vendor that touches patient information.
